Who We Are
FAY works to accomplish the following vision: a. To ensure that Fauquier County will be a community with opportunities for youth to be a part of a positive family environment, experience a meaningful childhood, be constructively engaged and grow into healthy, contributing adults. b. To serve as a catalyst for creating new programs and services to address emerging needs. c. To strengthen collaboration and communication among families, individuals, schools, community based organizations, faith organizations, businesses and governments. d. To raise public consciousness on the importance of being a proactive partner in achieving FAY's vision.

The Mission of FAY is to support efforts and enhance capabilities of organizations which serve Fauquier youth.
