Who We Are
Founded by members of Rectortown United Methodist Church who recognized an unmet need in the community, The Fig Leaf is now an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing clothing and essential resources in a way that honors dignity, builds trust, and strengthens community. Staffed entirely by volunteers, we are a team committed to walking alongside our neighbors with open hearts and helping hands. At The Fig Leaf, we believe that dignity, compassion, and kindness can transform lives—one garment, one connection, one person at a time.
