Culpeper Housing and Shelter Services is pleased to announce it's 5th Annual "A Chocolate Affair" .
For the past 30 years, our non profit has provided shelter, and homeless services to thousands of individuals and families in the Culpeper community and surrounding counties. Your invited to take part in our fundraising efforts by joining us for this wonderful event ($50 per person).
