Opportunities From: PATH Volunteer Hub

Our Free Clinic gets a once-a-month Friday delivery from the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank (usually the third Friday) that volunteers will unload and restock the shelves in our patient food pantry. It usually takes less than 2 hours, depending upon the number of volunteers we have. You can work inside opening boxes of food and restocking the shelves, or if you don't mind a bit of heavier lifting, you can move boxes of food from the pallet onto a cart.  

We are a fun bunch at the clinic and would love a few more volunteers!

Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs! Only one hour a week is all we need!  Monday or Wednesday we have no one in the pharmacy - the spider webs are taking over!

We are seriously the happiest place to volunteer in all of Culpeper - maybe even the world!

We are in need of volunteer pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to help out filling prescriptions for our patients in our licensed pharmacy.

We are open Monday through Thursday from 9 to 3, and the 1st and 3rd  Thursdays we are open until 6.  We prefer volunteers take at least 2-hour blocks of time to volunteer but are ALWAYS willing to accommodate their schedules.

The Free Clinic of Culpeper is looking for volunteer medical providers who are willing to help a few hours at our clinic. We are open Monday through Thursday from 9 until 3, and the 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 9 until 6.  We prefer volunteers take at least 2-hour blocks of time to volunteer but are always willing to accommodate their schedules. Would you like to assist our patients in selecting healthy food from our Food Pantry?  Find recipes using food from our garden and from the pantry? Are you into composting? 

This position is a bit of this and that - It may involve bagging produce, helping us start small-scale recycling, organizing the pantry - along with tasks that we haven't even thought of yet.

You will never have a dull moment here!

The hours are flexible - you could come in one day a week, or two mornings, two afternoons, etc.  Currently, we have a need for afternoons if possible.

Spanish would be helpful when working with our patients - if not, we have a computer service that you can learn to use to translate a live conversation.

Would you like to spend time helping out in our clinic with a great group of people?  We are currently in need of volunteers for the afternoon shift, for the hours of 1:00 until 3:00, or from 3:00 until 6:00 on the first and third Thursdays of the month.  You could come in one day a week or more, or even twice a month.

Do you have some free time?  Do you like spending time with great people? The Free Clinic of Culpeper is looking for volunteers to help with registration, assisting patients with filling out forms and working at our front desk, answering the phone, and assisting patients in our food pantry.  Currently, we are in need of morning volunteers from 9:00 until 11:00 or 12:00, or afternoon volunteers from 1:00 until 3:00.

These positions require fluent English and Spanish.  

The clinic is Open Monday - Tues - Wed - Thursday 9 - 3. The 1st and 3rd Thursdays we have evening clinics until 6. We ask that volunteers work 2-hour blocks, but scheduling is very flexible.
