Spiritual Care Support Ministries provides faith-based education, training, counseling and spiritual support for those who are ill, dying, grieving, experiencing personal loss, and for those who journey with them. Our loss counseling services, spiritual retreats, Inspirational studies, divorce and grief support groups in Warrenton, Virginia give people strength, hope, and enduring faith during many of the most difficult times of their lives. We are proud to provide this invaluable support, whether it is through a dedicated support group, individualized counseling services, community events, spiritual guidance or simply lending a listening ear.

We are in need of licensed or lay counselors for our ministry, to meet the growing need in our community. If you are interested in volunteering a few hours a week, or learning how to become a counselor, please click on the respond key and our volunteer coordinator, Courtney Hammack, will be in touch with you to discuss the position and your availability.

We are in need of volunteers that can help with various projects. Examples include:

Phone or in person outreach, assistance with mailings, event planning, representing SCSM at special events, answering phones, filing, shredding, making booklets for our support groups,  home visits, computer data entry and help with decorating the center for different events.
