Volunteer: Let's Volunteer-Respite room for StaffOur staff team at Generations Central works faithfully every day to support our senior adults living with dementia and help them thrive! We have a vision to build a respite room for them to utilize during their day in order to take a breath, decompress, and recharge so that they can provide the best care possible to our participants. This volunteer opportunity will involve a variety of jobs to help us create a beautiful respite room. Jobs may include: -Painting -Building furniture -Carrying items to the thrift store -Creating art pieces -Writing encouragement notes -Decorating We encourage volunteers of all ability levels to join us in creating this space together.
