Individuals that are interested in helping out with an upcoming Volleyball beginner skills clinic. Must have experience in playing / teaching volleyball.
All aspects of the game are taught through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, hitting, and serving. Instructors will assist each participant in developing the fundamental skills of the game through game based drills and daily scrimmages aimed at developing the whole player.
Overview of skills to be covered:
Day 1: Defense and serving
Day 2: Hitting and setting
Day 3: In-game playing
Day 4: games / mini-tournament
Location – Lenn Park – Outdoor Sand Volleyball court, 19206 Edwin Way, Culpeper
It is preferred if you are able to help for all 4 days.
Monday – Thursday, June 27 – June 30, 8:00am – 11:00am – camp time
Arrive by 7:30am , done by 11:15/ 11:30am.
When responding, please designate your desired size for a CCPRD Volunteer shirt. (Small – 2X-large)
Volunteers ages 18+ must complete a background check. A link will be emailed to you after you respond.

Anyone ages 18 or older: After your response has been received, you will be sent an online link to complete a background check. If you prefer a paper copy for the background check please contact April Coffey at acoffey@culpepercounty.gov
Waivers & background checks only needs to be submitted once per calendar year.
