Pathways, Inc. seeks tech savvy volunteers to support our clients and volunteers with the Burlington English learning platform. The admins will be responsible for the following:
- Resetting client and volunteer passwords
- Adding/Removing clients and volunteers as directed
- Assisting clients and volunteers with problems that they encounter with the BE platform via phone call and/or Zoom
- Contacting BE customer support when necessary.
This opportunity requires a volunteer with a background in Information Technology, who is patient and is comfortable talking to people of all backgrounds and all levels of technical understanding.
