These volunteers are many times the first contact with vendors and entertainers.
Each volunteer will have a map of the event and will assist within one block. For example vendors placed between 4th Street and 5th Street.
- Assist vendor in finding their assigned space
- Help them unload their car
- Assist with any set up such as putting up their tent
- Give directions on where to park
- Assist any merchant within the block who is setting up on the street
- Check in vendors on your list so we know who attended
At the end of the evening, volunteer will help tear down as needed by the vendors. Volunteer may need to gently push vendor to pack up.
Streets should be cleared by 9:30pm
Roads close & set up begins at 5pm.
Event begins at 6pm
