Are you: in need of construction management skills to build your resume? an experienced builder that wants to share your knowledge with others?Leadership of volunteers on the construction site is critical to completing our home builds on budget. Crew leader volunteers will be trained to assist Construction Manager in leading and training construction volunteers as well as learning and passing on the mission of Fauquier Habitat. In addition, they will provide direct supervision of projects and ensure that goals established by the Fauquier Habitat Construction staff are achieved. ****Applicants will be interviewed and evaluated prior to being assigned to this volunteer role.
