Spiritual Care Support Ministries provides faith-based education, training, counseling and spiritual support for those who are ill, dying, grieving, experiencing personal loss, and for those who journey with them. Our loss counseling services, spiritual retreats, Inspirational studies, divorce and grief support groups in Warrenton, Virginia give people strength, hope, and enduring faith during many of the most difficult times of their lives. The Care-A-Van is our transport service that transports dogs and cats to our clinic partners for low-cost spay/neuter services. The cost of these services is offered to our community on a sliding scale, based on income. We do three transports per month one for dogs, one for cats and one for cats from our trap/neuter/release cat colonies.

This is a unique team that will be working outside the meeting time frames recruiting speakers they feel have a testimony to share of their recovery. Speaker guidelines will be given to the team of recruiters to accurately reach those who are in recovery and want to share their story. Coordinating speakers will require minimal administrative work in the way of scheduling. 

Hours for this opportunity will vary between 2-4 hours a month on average. Hours will include email/phone correspondence or in person/virtual meetings with potential RESTORE speakers. An interview will be done with any and all potential speakers to be sure they fit the guidelines of RESTORE Culpeper's ministry.

Memory Bears are made for grieving family members from clothing of their loved one. For a grieving person to be able to hug the bear made by a shirt/pajamas of their loved one is deeply healing.  Some bears might wear a special pin, earring or other item which was meaningful to the loved one who has passed.   These bears are made to honor the memory of the loved one and provide a deep comfort to the grieving family members. We know how devastating the loss of a loved one is, the bears help in the grieving process. Capital Caring Health provides end of life care to all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. We are a non profit who never turns anyone away based on ability to pay.
