We champion fairness by advocating for those with the least access to the civil justice system. We envision a just society without barriers to justice. We have been serving the Piedmont region from our Culpeper office since 1980.  We also have branches in Fredericksburg and Tappahannock.  Formerly known as Rappahannock Legal Services, we have changed our name to Legal Aid Works.

We represent indigent clients in civil legal matters, such as civil protective orders for victims of domestic violence, custody, support, housing (evictions, landlord tenant disputes, foreclosures), consumer debt issues, public benefits issues.
