What We Do
We run an annual community leadership development program September through May that gives participants a broad knowledge of the Fauquier community--how public, private, and nonprofit entities work together to make our community succeed. We pair this community education with executive leadership capacity building to enable our graduates to lead effectively.
- Knowledge- Offering Educational Programs encompassing how Fauquier County operates, exploring relevant issues and available resources.
- Skills- Facilitating capacity training that builds community leaders who are effective communicators, solution focused and collaborative.
- Network- Creating and managing an active community leadership network from the public, private and nonprofit sectors of our community and caring this on with continued alumni engagement.
