Who We Are

The Piedmont Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide dispute resolution and restorative justice information, education and community services. PDRC plays an important role in helping to build and maintain healthy local communities by providing free or very reduced cost mediation and restorative justice services. Its mediation, restorative justice, multi-party facilitation services and trainings are available to individuals, families, businesses, organizations, churches and communities-at-large.

PDRC's Community Justice and Peacebuilding Program (CJP) provides community members early access to services before conflict escalates. The Community Justice and Peacebuilding Program services can enhance existing local services by offering early access to mediation and restorative justice facilitation at the community level for those who may be victims of misconduct or are living with the negative consequences that may arise when stress associated with conflict is increased.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION doesn’t just happen...

It requires the contributions, commitment, and community-mindedness of many.
