Who We Are
WAAAG is a veteran founded 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicating to the rehabilitation and re-homing of dogs and cats (and sometimes livestock!) We have been in practice since 2012.
What We Do
WAAAG homes and rehabilitates dogs and cats. We give them a beautiful healing space until they are ready to find their furever home. We have 4 volunteer shifts a day to feed, walk, play and cuddle our animals. We also do a lot of events to generate interest/donations, and share our mission, as well as build our community. We are looking for volunteers that want to help care for the animals onsite in Delaplane, to help with our events, to help connect with local businesses for partnerships, and to help with spreading information via flyers and social media.
