Piedmont Smiles is a free community dental day event, taking place on November 2, 2024. It is a one-day, pop-up event that will provide free dental care to members of our community — including Fauquier, Rappahannock and surrounding areas. Patients can register, see dental professionals, and get dental treatment, all at no cost to them.
We are anticipating a large need for volunteers for this event; whether you’re a dentist, a doctor, or a neighbor, you can lend a hand!
All current volunteer opportunities and shifts are listed below. If any interest you, click on the "respond" key and if you do not have a user account with letsvolunteer.org, you will be re-directed to set one up. If you have any questions about volunteering, please contact our Volunteer Hub Manager. We would love to have you join us on the big day!
Responsibilities/Activities: Greeters will be positioned in the Entrance lobby to greet patients and at each waiting area to keep the tables populated when space is available and the seating area clean and disinfected.
Shifts Available: Listed in opportunity, sign up for the shift you want
Location: Entrance lobby
Supervision: Greeter/Escort Captain
Training: On-site day of the event
