Responsibilities/Activities: The Triage Waiting Area Escort ensures an orderly and welcoming transition for patients who have completed their Panorex X-rays and are waiting to be seen by the triage dental team. This volunteer receives patients from the Panorex area, seats them in the order they arrive, and directs each patient to the Triage Escort who will arrive to take them to the next available triage station. You will provide friendly assistance, reassurance and simple explanations of the next step, providing necessary communication with the Triage Escort while maintaining a calm, positive environment while ensuring efficiency and fairness.

Location: Gym 2/Triage area
Supervision: Greeter/Escort Leader
Training: On-site day of the event for first shift, relief shifts will receive turnover guidance from prior shift volunteers.
