Responsibilities/Activities: The Triage Area Escort is responsible for guiding patients from the triage waiting area to the next available dental triage station. This volunteer works closely with the Triage Waiting Area Greeter and the Triage Dental team to ensure patients are escorted in the correct order and that the process remains smooth, fair and welcoming. You will walk patients from the waiting area to the next triage station and communicate clearly with triage staff assuring readiness while maintaining a calm, efficient flow that helps minimize crowding or confusion. After patients have completed their triage, you will guide and seat them to the proper treatment staging area, ensuring safe and comfortable transitions to theTreatment Area Escort volunteer and assisting individuals with special needs or accomodations.

Supervision: Greeter/Escort Captain
Training: On-site day of the event
