Responsibilities/Activities: The Health Screening Waiting Area Escort ensures an organized and welcoming transition for patients who have completed registration and are waiting to review their general health information with medical staff. This volunteer receives patients from the registration area, seats them in order of their arrival while monitoring the waiting area to maintian orderly seating and patient flow, and directs each patient to the next available health screening station when called. Similar to all areas of patient flow, you will maintain a calm, friendly atmosphere and help minimize confusion or crowding.

Supervision: Greeter/Escort Leader
Training: On-site day of the event for first shift, relief shifts will receive turnover guidance from prior shift volunteers.
