We need to get a lot of planting done! Our Lettuce Feed Our Neighbors event is a great time for the community to come together and help us plant about 3000 lettuce plants and other crops as well if we can. No experience is necessary and there is no age limit to volunteer, please bring your kids along. However, we do require that all minors be accompanied by an adult, no one can drop minors off to work by themselves. This is outdoor work in the garden, which will require bending and the ability to walk on uneven ground that may be a little muddy. Wear clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting a little dirty. Everything we grow is donated to area food banks but we've got to get it planted first!
