The PATH Resource Center is offering free Human Resources coaching sessions to help local nonprofits and government agencies manage and support their most important asset — their people.
- Led by a retired HR professional, Joseph Esposito, with over 30 years of experience across Fortune 100 companies, higher education, healthcare, utilities, and media industries, this coaching offers practical, real-world support in areas such as:
- Reviewing and improving HR policies and programs
- Developing training for HR staff and subject matter experts
- Assessing program effectiveness and value
- Providing thought partnership and general, not specifically related to a specific employee, problem-solving support
- What Coaching Does Not Include
- To maintain appropriate professional boundaries, the HR coach will not:
- Provide fiduciary or legal guidance
- Sign or approve any official employee documentation related to a specific employee
- Participate directly in employee relations matters
- Draft or revise employee handbooks, policies or procedures
- Coaching is available one-on-one, in groups, or through tailored presentations for your organization.
- This opportunity is open to nonprofits that serve or operate in Culpeper, Fauquier, and Rappahannock Counties.
