Enjoy the party at the event's Beer Garden. There will be a quick orientation and division of duties before the event begins.
Set up. Volunteers are needed at 5pm to -
- Set up the roping on the boundries of the Beer Garden
- Work with the brewery personal to prepare their space
- Set signs at entry points
- Assist with the band if they need assistance
Event Workers Duties-
- Someone to check IDs and hand out wrist bands
- Someone to take money, make change & hand out the drink tickets purchased. There are usually 2 people on the money box
- One person per entry point making sure no one leaves the area with their drink. This person needs to be friendly by willing to be firm with instruction. There are 6 entry points.
- Someone to pour wine as glasses are purchased - this person must be over 21
- At times the breweries may need extra help
Tear Down -
- Collect the cones & ropes and return them to the EOTW office
- Assist the band and breweries with any tear down they may need
