1-2 volunteers per shift needed to oversee the EOTW information table at the event. It will be placed middle of Main St., close to the Post Office.
These volunteers will be advocates of EOTW and believe in a strong, healthy main street. A love of our town and Main St are a must.
Volunteer will
- Answer questions based on upcoming events and activities planned by EOTW.
- Be familiar with merchants on Main Street in order to support them at the table with visitors
- Encourage table visitors to leave their contact information that can be added to the email list
There will be 2 shifts per evening.
5:30-7:30 and 7:30-9:30
First shift will pick up table & contents to set up. Then work until 7:30
Second shift will work the table then tear down the table, returning the materials to the EOTW office at the end of the event.
