Volunteers are needed for both set up & tear down. Anyone who helps with either will be able to attend the concert free of charge.
Duties include -
- Friends of Allegro set up - tent & tables
- Family Hour set up - tables & chairs
- Help with hauling sound & lighting equipment
- Set up beer garden - tables & chairs
- Friends of Allegro Hospitality tend & table
- Ticket tables - 3 entry points
Set up will begin at 4pm. Family Hour begins at 6:30pm
Concerts over at 9:30 (unless it begins raining!) Tear down should take around an hour
