It is with great anticipation and enthusiasm that we are hosting the 2nd Annual Jacob Mark Blackwell Memorial Golf Tournament on Friday, May 31, 2019 at Stonewall Golf Club at Lake Manassas in Gainesville, VA. Last year’s inaugural event was a resounding success.
