The Event Assistant will provide support to PEC staff for the Sustainable Landscaping Workshop on Sunday, September 29th from noon-4pm. This is a great opportunity for a student who is looking to gain experience in outreach and is interested in learning about wildlife habitat, native plant landscaping and water conservation.
Duties include the following:
- Help set up and break down conference room for the event
- Greet and Check in workshop attendees
- Take notes on popular topics or specific questions asked by the audience during sessions
- Other event related tasks as assigned
