Aging Together and the FAMS Transportation Call Center would love to share a cup of coffee and some snacks and chat with you about Volunteer Driving. We are looking for Volunteer Drivers to take older adults and persons with disabilities to medical appointments, legal appointments and/or critical errands. Use your vehicle or ours, drive when you want and in the community you choose (program is available to residents of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange or Rappahannock counties). If you are 21 or older, have a good driving record, and can volunteer 4 hours once or twice a month, please stop by our table and have some refreshments and chat with us or give us a call to find out more about our program. Sue Davis, Volunteer Driver Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator, Aging Together and The FAMS Transportation Call Center, 540-505-5900.
Aging Together and FAMS will have a table set up in Culpeper on Monday 4/19, Madison on Wednesday 4/21 and Orange County on Friday 4/23 from 8:30 to 11:30 am. Call Sue Davis for more details and locations.
