PATH Resource Center is offering free sessions with a volunteer Governance Coach to all non-profits that are located in or affect the communities of Northern Culpeper, Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties.
Organizations that would benefit from meeting with the governance coach would be:
- those looking to update governance documents such as code of conduct, by-laws, conflict of interest, board structure and other organizational policies.
- those looking to learn more about leading practices in governance.
- those looking to address gaps in oversight and transperancy of current fundraising and spending procedures.
The sessions will be lead by a local volunteer with over 15 years of experience focussed on financial law, public service and policy administration.
