Responsibilities/Activities: The Registration Waiting Area Greeter/Escort greets arriving patients warmly and plays a critical role in maintaining fairness, order and smooth flow during patient intake. This volunteer receives patients from the front lobby greeter, seats them according to the order of their initial lineup, and ensures they are called to registration in that same order. The role also includes directing each patient to the next available registration station when it is their turn, maintaining continuos flow and minimizing wait times while preserving fairness. You will also provide friendly assistance, reassurance, and basic information to patients.

Training: On-site day of the event for first shift, relief shifts will receive turnover guidance from prior shift volunteers.
