This role supports the Executive Director in improving the museum experience for all visitors by overseeing front-line services/reports, including greeting guests, leading tours, oversite on standard operating procedures, retail sales, and supporting educational initiatives to ensure the museum's mission to preserve and share historical artifacts and educate with stories is achieved. Museum experience is preferred and/or Degree in history.
