Event Set-Up volunteers will be assigned duties that assist in setting up the venue with decorations, tables, and activities.  Once the event begins, volunteers will serve as floaters to guide and assist participants and/or assist in supporting a planned activity.  Once we have more details about the event and the number of volunteers roles will be assigned.   Event organizers will communicate directly with volunteers and will hold a volunteer meeting prior to the event.
